Ben Barrett,
Associate Professional Counselor (APC), is a dedicated mental health professional with a strong foundation in both clinical and faith-integrated care. He holds a Master of Arts in Christian Counseling from Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Alabama. He is also SYMBIS Certified for premarital counseling.
Ben’s experience includes working with individuals navigating trauma, anxiety, anger, addiction and depression. He also enjoys supporting clients in developing healthy interpersonal skills and building self-compassion.
Ben uses a person-centered approach to therapy, integrating Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT), and mindfulness-based practices. He is committed to fostering a non-judgmental, supportive environment where clients are encouraged to pursue healing and growth. Ben offers the option of faith-based integration for clients seeking spiritually grounded care.
