Ash Thampi is a dedicated mental health professional with extensive qualifications and experience. She holds a master’s degree in Clinical Counseling with an emphasis in Addiction from East Carolina University, as well as double master’s degrees in Clinical Psychology and Applied Psychology from India. Ash work experience in Ireland and Raleigh, North Carolina includes diverse age groups in both hospital and school settings.
Ash’s specialties in psychotherapy are to address issues such as stress, anxiety, anger, eating disorders and depression, while also helping clients develop interpersonal skills. She is committed to creating a non-judgmental and supportive environment where clients can pursue wellness.
